So I went to an art festival earlier,
it was a lot of fun, there were a bunch of paintings, and performers, and even stilt walkers
but something that stuck out was a large chalk wall, and all it had was
"Before I Die, I want to..."
anyone could write whatever they wanted, and there were a lot
there were plenty that were pretty simple,
"have a puppy"
"be a vet"
there were others that were deeper,
"Figure it out"
"see my son become a father"
each one had a story behind it, and it really made you think.
normally, I dont participate in things like that, thinking someone else could come along and use that space,
but this time, I did

Amazingly enough
Geez, its been almost a year since Ive made a journal.
of course, hardly anyone ever reads these things anyways, I get like maybe one comment a journal, if Im lucky lD
but thats not the point, Ive just stopped by to get rid of that last journal, and let people know that Im still here,
and I plan on submitting some written stuff pretty soon, maybe, if work lets me

Hey! I guess you and I are gonna be facing off in the finals of Crucible over the next six weeks. That was fast, wasn't it? I thought we'd see five rounds at the beginning. I definitely didn't write my second round as if it was also going to be the penultimate one.
Anyway, it looks like the theme of this round is that our characters have to learn the value of teamwork and do a whole lot of working together... and THEN kill each other. Fun times. Sounds like we'll each need to know each other's characters even better than usual. For now I don't have any questions about Pike (or his PikeSpike), but I'll probably have something to ask at some point, especially once I've finished reading your earlier entries. In the meantime, I want you to feel free to tell me if you have questions or need anything. I don't want anything to keep us from turning in a pair of really strong entries and making this an exciting match.
